The topic of human migration can often bring conversations about population and environmental degradation to a contentious stall. Despite, or maybe because of, its decisive nature it is an important topic that deserves constructive discussion.

The book How Many Is Too Many? The Progressive Argument for Reducing Immigration into the United States presents Philip Cafaro’s perspective. The Center for Immigration hosted Philip Cafaro, Michael Lind, and David Frum to discuss the book. You can watch the videos of the panel here.

We encourage you to share your own perspective in the comments section below on if, and how, human migration should be included in conversations about the relationship between human population and the environment.

Also, if you have pertinent resources please share them with the community.
