Zoë Schlanger  and Elijah Wolfson take a critical look at the growing human population.  The authors begin in Kibera, Kenya with the dramatic overcrowding, troublesome rates of unwanted pregnancies, and desperate stories of families trying balance their current means with their future needs.  They then expand to a more global perspective to provide examples of policies and practices that have shown promise in addressing human population growth through a rights-based framing.
