On the occasion of his arrival to Uppsala, incoming Zenström Visiting Professor Kevin Anderson held the 2nd Uppsala University Lecture in Climate Change Leadership: “Climate Change: A Parisian Tale of Triumph and Tragedy”.

The lecture was followed by a panel conversation with a number of prominent researchers and practioneers within the field of climate change. Vice Chancellor Eva Åkesson opened the event which also was guested by the current holder of the Zennström Professorship Doreen Stabinsky and Niklas Zennström, IT-entrepreneur and funder of the professorship.

CEMUS at Uppsala University also recently created a new Massive Open Online Course on Climate Change Leadership which is now open for registration. The course begins on November 7th.
