To address risks facing the global community arising from increasingly unsustainable development, Dr. Vic Henry of the Global Solutions Initiative (GSI) is recommending a “lifeboat drill” – a draconian program of remedial action spearheaded by elements of a group of scientists, business leaders, and other specialists known as an “epistemic community”. Together with Napier Collyns, Dr. Henry presents these views in the September issue of Geopolitics of Energy.
