We would like to invite you to join Nature Needs Half’s webinar with Vance Martin and Amy Lewis .

Thursday October 11th 2:00-2:30pm MDT

Nature Needs Half Co-Founder and Steering Committee Member, Vance Martin (President of WILD Foundation and Chairman of Wilderness Specialist Group, IUCN) and Amy Lewis (helping implement an international strategy in support of the Nature Needs Half 2020 goals) will be providing insight on how we can all mobilize to reach the 50% by 2050 goal.

This is an opportunity for anyone to ask questions and learn more about how they can coordinate with the NNH network to carry out the NNH vision in their projects! It is also a wonderful opportunity to get to know those in the Nature Needs Half community. After all, success can only be achieved by working together. The webinar will be recorded for those who are unable to attend.

Vance Martin joined WILD as president in 1984 after 15 years in international business and non-profit management. An innovative leader known for bridging the interests of people and nature, he is an acknowledged expert in international nature conservation and wilderness protection and is the founder and current co-chair of the IUCN Wilderness Specialist Group.

Amy Lewis is the Vice President of Communications and Development at WILD Foundation. She has spent the last 15 years researching the building blocks of collective action. Amy has brought this knowledge to bear in her own work as an award-winning non-profit leader and as a scholar of environmental policy. Her research explores the relationship between democratic decision-making and policies that benefit the environment.
