I think you mean “THERE ARE TOO MANY OF US”.

My opinion is that we make large families unfashionable by criticising parents who have more than 3 children. We have found it easy in the UK to criticise people who drive large cars, how do we get the press to carry the message that big families are worse?
In the UK the government still gives payments to help new parents, thus encouraging procreation!
